A new report from Resume Genius analyzed nearly 80,000 remote job listings to identify the highest-paying remote roles hiring in 2026, with the top 10 careers averaging six-figure salaries and one reaching $300,000.
“The highest-paying remote jobs tend to involve specialized expertise, digital collaboration or consultative work that doesn’t depend on being physically present,” said Nathan Soto, career expert at Resume Genius.
