Every weekday, the CNBC Investing Club with Jim Cramer holds a “Morning Meeting” livestream at 10:20 a.m. ET. Here’s a recap of Thursday’s key moments. 1. The S & P 500 and Nasdaq were in the green Thursday, and it was all tech, following a trifecta of after-the-bell earnings wins. Jim Cramer said, “It’s a pretty lousy day away from tech.” The other 10 market sectors were lower, with consumer staples, energy, and industrials the three worst on the session. Flat oil prices and slightly lower bond yields were certainly supportive of the tech rally. 2. Jim Cramer said, “We are very thrilled that we were three for three last night,” referring to the blowout earnings from Nvidia , Salesforce , and CrowdStrike , whose stocks Thursday were up more than 7%, 20%, and 17%, respectively, on Thursday. We found out that Nvidia is growing much faster than anyone thought; that Salesforce put “SaaSpocalypse” concerns to rest; and that CrowdStrike is needed more than ever in the world of AI. We raised our price targets on all three after Wednesday evening’s earnings. 3. The one area of tech under pressure on Thursday was the hyperscalers. Jim pointed out that the big theme from Nvidia’s earnings was that companies can be profitable with the AI chipmaker’s products and platforms right now. As if to prove the point, fellow Club name Amazon revealed a big Nvidia spend. While the Amazon news is good, Nvidia’s more diversified revenue stream, which is less reliant on hyperscalers, is encouraging. Nvidia said hyperscalers account for only half of its business now. 4.
